CARILLON BEACH VILLAGE
Carillon Beach is an exclusive, gated family resort located on 4000 feet of private, pristine sugar white sand beaches and the Caribbean-green waters of Florida’s Gulf Coast, just beyond the east end of 30-A. It is a wonderful family community with 3 common pools, one gulf-front and one heated, a children’s playground and kiddie pool, basketball/sport court, pier, chapel, bicycle rental, tennis courts, shops and restaurants. It has been featured in several publications, including Southern Living, Coastal Living, Seasons Magazine and Atlanta Magazine.
The community is completely on the gulf side of Hwy 98, blending innovative coastal architecture and urban-planning traditions. With no busy roads to cross, you and your children are comfortable walking to the beach, riding bikes and enjoying the pedestrian friendly footpath system and sidewalks that create a secure place along the green space parks and oak canopied promenades.

In the heart of the property is Lake Carillon, a 13 acre lake, abundant with turtles, bass, migratory birds, blue herons, and sometimes eagles. The property borders Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in the State of Florida, at about 767 acres and is surrounded by forests, wetlands, dune systems, natural hammocks of native oak trees and unique wildlife.
Lake Powell is great for boating, fishing, nature watching, and many water sports.
OUTSIDE THE GATES
Outside the gates, along 30A, miles of bicycle paths will take you along the quaint beach communities of Rosemary, Seaside, and Seagrove, as well as several gorgeous state parks.
Tee it up on one or more of the many golf courses that are just a few short minutes away. Several are rated as some of the best in Florida!
Just outside the guard gate is a Publix, Winn Dixie and CVS Pharmacy.
Only 10 minutes away is the new, pedestrian friendly PIER PARK, the Emerald Coast’s best destination shopping/theater/restaurant complex. A few examples include Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Tootsies, Five Guys, Cold Stone Creamery, Red Robin, Longhorn, Olive Garden, Target, Dillards, and a Large Movie Theater. The beautiful, new Northwest Florida Beaches Intl Airport, only 9 miles from Carillon Beach, offers low cost fares with daily flights available on Southwest and Delta Airlines. Southwest offers a total of eight daily nonstop departures from Nashville, Houston, Baltimore/Washington & Orlando and direct/connecting service to more than 58 destinations, including Dallas and Chicago.
Saturday to Saturday rentals in season. Beach lounge chairs with cushions and umbrella are available for use.
PLEASE NOTE: No Smoking, No Pets Allowed. Minimum age required to reserve BBGG is 25 or older. Reservations will not be accepted for vacationing students, student spring breakers or chaperoned groups.
$700 security deposit required. $300+ cleaning fee & 12% FL sales tax added to all rentals.
