   Stunning gourmet kitchen with connecting family room which will welcome every guest. Kitchen has Wolfe appliances with stand alone ice maker, wine cooler and granite countertops.  

   The family room is open with a 55′ 4K Ultra HD TV, and surround sound. Relax on the sectional couch or leather chair. Step onto the balcony with your favorite drink and enjoy the lake and ocean view while watching the beautiful Florida sunset. Desire to cookout…a custom gas grill awaits along with outdoor patio furniture to sit and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.    

   Carillon, located just beyond the east end of 30-A is a gated community of single-family homes and luxurious condos with a ‘Key West’ theme. The community has its own dedicated market area with shops and a local restaurant. If you enjoy riding a bike, there are countless paths that will take you along the adorable beach communities of Rosemary, Seaside, Seagrove, and several state parks. There’s plenty of amenities at Carillon including four pools (one heated, one gulf front Beach Club), two tennis courts, kiddie pool, basketball/sport court, bicycle rental and of course, plenty of beachfront to enjoy. The best reason to stay at Carillon is the beach. Our unit is within a block of the beach with no busy streets to cross…easy & safe access within the Carillon Community to the ‘best’ beach on the Emerald Coast.   

   During the summer, enjoy live music Downtown at ‘Grooving on the Green or listen to the music of the Gulf right on your own porch. Pier Park, the Emerald’s Coast newest destination is just a 10 minute drive away.  

   For the quick grocery trip, Publix and Winn Dixie are just a 1/4 mile away. For added convenience, our unit has a washer and dryer.  

   For those of you who must ‘work’ while on vacation, you will appreciate the recent addition of a 1 Gig, Dual-Band High Speed Router. ResortLock Keyless entry system which makes entering the condo a breeze while providing another level of security. 

   In summary, this is the perfect family vacation with activities for all ages. The community offers nightly activities for all members of your family.
