Get away and relax this two-bedroom guest cottage with private pool located in Carillon Beach. Coastal Comfort has been appointed with upscale furnishings! The cottage has two bedrooms with a shared bath and comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Basketball court (full-court), tennis and Pickleball courts, playground area for children are just a short stroll up the street to the north, while the never-crowded Carillon Beach is but a short stroll southward.

We ARE Carillon Beach Rentals. Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon Beach. Living within the community uniquely enables us to respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay. Walk-over #1 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (available mid-March through mid-October).

COASTAL COMFORT is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the East Pool. There are tennis courts, full basketball court, children’s play area and multiple large green spaces for play. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with restaurants, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, yoga studio, store, and fabulous salon and spa. Security is of prime importance at Carillon. In addition to the entrance gate that monitors and controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers that patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. This is a ‘Mayberry USA’ beach community where lasting memories are created.
