In addition, Just One More Day offers an exceptional outdoor space with a covered porch, and a custom patio with built-in fire pit, all overlooking the lake. Just a delight to enjoy coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine to toast the sunset. The location is tranquil, and private.

Inside you will find a custom crafted cottage that will have you falling in love with the home at first site.

A welcoming porch invites you into the kitchen area with custom island dining area. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped for dining in should you choose, there is also a gas grill for those who enjoy grilling out. The first level features a comfortable living area with views of the lake, a covered porch and outdoor space, and also a full-size washer and dryer, and half bath.

The second-floor features 3 bedrooms. The King master on this level overlooks the lake and has its own balcony and en-suite bath. The Second bedroom also has a king bed, adjacent bath, and access to the lake from the balcony. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed, en-suite bath and peek of the gulf, with a generous private balcony overlooking the town.

The third-floor room is massive. it features a queen bed, 4 twin beds, and a game table that can be used for an office set up. This room has commanding lake views and a private balcony overlooking lake Carillon, AND a second balcony with nice gulf views. This area also has a full bathroom and can be used for a 4th adult bedroom, or kids’ hideaway, a great cocktail hour balcony, game room, or office setup. It’s truly a unique feature that guests really utilize and enjoy.

The Resort Area:
Carillon Beach is the hidden Gem of the Emerald Beach Area, located only 2 miles from Rosemary Beach and east end 30A. The resort boasts an unparalleled 3/4 mile of guard-gated white sand private beaches, that are NEVER CROWDED and world-class amenities Including 3 pools (one gulf front) playground, park, pickleball, tennis, basketball and numerous walking trails, along with access to Lake Powell. The town center of Carillon has several restaurants, including the famous “Little Beach Cafe” that features the best breakfast, burgers and ice cream in the area. The Lake Powell Pizza company serves great Italian, and there are numerous shops in the cute village area, including a wine bar, and a sundry store. 2 Grocery stores located just outside the gates and low traffic makes Carillon Beach the best laid-back resort area on the gulf.

Here are the rules:
Must be 25 or older to rent. The primary guest must be staying at the house for the duration of the stay.
No spring break groups, unless accompanied full time by an adult.
No smoking, vaping, or illicit drug use.
Quiet time from 10PM to 9AM
No trailers or golf carts allowed, golf cart and bike rentals are available through a single vendor at Carillon.
