🏡 HOUSE RULES: Welcome, and thank you for choosing the Penthouse Beach Retreat! Please read and follow these house rules. By booking this property, you agree to comply with them.

✅ General Guidelines
✅ Check-in: After 4:00 PM
✅ Check-out: By 10:00 AM

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 10 – No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval from host.

NO PARTIES: This is a residential neighborhood with security. Violations may result in guests being asked to leave without refund.

🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the balconies.

A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke odor or residue is detected indoors.

🐾 NO PETS: Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fee and guests potentially asked to leave.

🧼 CLEANLINESS & CARE: This is our family home, please treat it as you would your own.

We kindly ask that you don’t eat or drink while sitting on the living room couches. During the check-out inspection, any stains or food residue will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Please use coasters for drinks, no candles or open flames of any kind are allowed in this unit.

🔧 DAMAGE: Please report any damage or maintenance issues, when you arrive if you see something broken or non-functional please let us know.

A detailed inspection is done after checkout. Guests are responsible to report any damage (regardless of severity) caused during their stay. Stuff happens – we get it but please let us know so the next person is not left with items that are, stained, non-functional or damaged.

Excessive mess or damage beyond normal use may result in extra cleaning or repair fees. The Penthouse Beach Retreat reserves the right to charge the card on file for any damages caused by the guest(s).

Tampering with safety equipment (smoke detectors, community and unit door cameras, etc.) is prohibited.

QR CODES FOR AMENITIES: Carillon requires a $35 guest access pass, this is used at the community pools and at the beach walkovers. Please keep an eye out for a separate email with a link to register

DEPARTURE CLEANING: Occasionally, there may be consumables such as condiments or unopened snacks left behind by previous guests. It is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables and asks that guests remove any opened items from the property upon departure.
