A beautiful two-story condominium located in the heart of Carillon Beach & Resort, The Bullpen is a family-owned vacation home designed to be a comfortable, fun, and relaxing coastal getaway for families and friends.

Located just steps from Lake Carillon and the shops, restaurants, gym, spa, and yoga studio in Carillon’s downtown area, The Bullpen offers the perfect combination of convenience, relaxation, and beach-town charm. The beachis a short walk through the community of Carillon, a gated development situated on approximately 104 acres of beachfront land with 3,900 feet of white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico.

Carillon has a strong sense of community, encouraging pedestrian, bike, and golf cart traffic throughout the neighborhood. The community is quiet and upscale, reminiscent of Seaside and Rosemary Beach, but without the crowds.It’s a beautiful destination for a family beach vacation.

The property features three pools: a gulf-front pool at the Beach Club, another at Bellview Park, which also includes two tennis courts, a basketball court, kids’ pool, and play area and an additional pool on the east side ofthe property.

Eight dune walkovers provide access to the beach, making it easy to find your perfect spot in the sand.

A centrally located meeting house in the downtown green area offers a non-denominational service on Sundays at 10:00 a.m.

Inside The Bullpen

The condominium was extensively remodeled in 2019 with custom granite, new windows and doors, and a fantastic bunk room.

The first floor features a spacious living room with a Smart TV, WiFi, and a comfortable sofa with a built-in lounger. The sofa also pulls out into a bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests.

The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, along with a laundry area featuring a stacked washer and dryer.

The custom bunk room is a favorite for kids, giving them their own space to relax, play video games, and hang out. The bunk room features a twin-over-full bunk bed, providing comfortable sleeping space for three guests.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms. The large primary bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom, and Smart TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed, private bathroom, and Smart TV.

With the king bed, queen bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, and pull-out sofa, The Bullpen comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

The massive tile balcony overlooks Market Street, with views of the fountain, the green, and surrounding restaurants. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a drink after the beach, or take in the activityof Carillon’s downtown area.

During summer months, you can enjoy live concerts on the green right from the condo balcony.

Lake Carillon also offers multiple seating areas, a large gas grill, and a dining table for enjoying time outdoors.

The balcony features a retractable awning to provide shade on sunny Florida days.

A Few Important Details

Our home is SMOKE FREE, and small dogs are welcome with prior approval and an additional pet fee.

Reservations are not accepted for vacationing students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent for the entire stay.

The Bullpen comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests.

Please note: The HOA does not allow rented golf carts in the community.

There is no 7-night minimum stay, giving you more flexibility when planning your Carillon Beach getaway.

We strongly encourage travel insurance during hurricane season (June through September).

Stays longer than 14 days require a non-refundable deposit.
