You truly are a Lucky Duck, if you get to vacation in this newly re-furbished Carillon Beach home. New owner has refreshed a Carillon Classic home strategically situated in a perfect location in the heart of Carillon—on Lake Carillon and directly across the street from the Beach Club Pool and the Gulf of Mexico. This newly painted beach home features three king bedrooms, one on the first floor, an oversized master BR (with private balcony) on the second floor and day bed/trundle in the 3rd floor tower. Take in stunning views from the expansive porches on all three floors of this lovely home. Enjoy a nap, some quiet conversation or read a book on a screened in porch at the rear of the home, overlooking Lake Carillon. It’s almost like being on the gulf without paying gulf-front prices.

*Two sets of beach chairs (4 loungers), pads and umbrellas are provided daily (March 1 – Oct 31). Beach towels are provided for our guests.

We ARE Carillon Beach Rentals. Not only do we offer a select collection of high-end Carillon homes for vacation rental, but we also reside full-time in Carillon Beach. Living within the community uniquely enables us to quickly respond to unanticipated issues arising during your stay. In front of the Gulf front pool is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you.

THE LUCK DUCK is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the East Pool. There are tennis courts, full basketball court, children’s play area and multiple large green spaces for play. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with restaurants, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, yoga studio, store, and fabulous salon and spa. Security is of prime importance at Carillon. In addition to the entrance gate that monitors and controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers that patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. This is a ‘Mayberry USA’ beach community where lasting memories are created.

PARKING POLICY: 3 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked at any time in front of (or in the case of a corner lot on the side of) a home, in the HOA Gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any HOA Gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway of a home it is identified with.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF STUDENTS OR SINGLES.
